2 Summer Milkshake Ideas: Strawberry Cheesecake and Raspberry Yoghurt

Myyyy milkshake brings all the boys to the yard! Do you still remember the early 2000s hit by Kelis? It’s been stuck in my head for days and – surprise, surprise – we found ourselves craving for a refreshing, creamy and summery milkshake to enjoy the last warm days of the year!

These berry milkshakes very quick and easy to make and sooo yummy!

Strawberry cheesecake milkshake

Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 350ml (1.5 cups) milk
  • 150g (1 cup) frozen strawberries
  • 70g (0.3 cup) cream cheese
  • seeds of 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tbsp. honey
Toppings
  • whipped cream
  • fresh strawberries
  • strawberry sauce
Instructions
  • combine the ingredients in a blender
  • blend until smooth
  • top with whipped cream and berries

Raspberry yoghurt milkshake

Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 300ml (1.3 cups) milk
  • 150g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
  • 120g (1.5 cups) yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
Toppings
  • whipped cream
  • fresh raspberries
Instructions
  • combine the ingredients in a blender
  • blend until smooth
  • top with whipped cream and berries
