This strange week between Christmas an New Year’s Eve always makes me feel a little uneasy and restless. My New Year’s Resolution for 2017
I personally plan to start the year with “Revolution – 31 Days of Yoga”, a challenge by my favourite YouTube yoga guru, Yoga With Adriene. I already participated in her “Yoga Camp – 30 Day Home Practice” last year and it did wonders to my body and mind. Thanks to her carefully planning the whole experience and gradually advancing in difficulty, I also noticed a considerable progress in my practice. As a bonus, this also motivated me to continue my yoga practice on a regular basis throughout the year. I will start the challenge in a couple of days and post an update after finishing it!
